Hello . I bought at 20.09 Atyrau-Nur-Sultan-Kiev-Prague.
And today they will find out that my flight was changed in Kiev. And I will have to wait not 7 hours but 17 hours. Because of this, I again have to pass the PCR in Nur Sultan.
Why is that? what should I do now?

Good afternoon,
I am writing you due to the lost baggage on 1st July, flight from Paris to Prague, Czech Airlines, flight no OK761. Before the flight there was a problem with the check in system and it took a while and because of this the flight left late.
A passenger, Rolandas Magelinskas, was the only person who had a connecting flight -- his final destination was Frankfurt, flight no OK536. Since the flight left late from Paris, he arrived late to Prague; he was met by one of your employees and accompanied to his plane to Frankfurt.
Unfortunately, apparently the luggage was left behind (probably in Prague?) and never made it to its final destination..
Rolandas Magelinskas is a Lituanian citizen and the closest airport from where he resides is Palanga International Airport (Lithuania). Help us solve this!

My name is Vladimir Neizhpapa my passport number is ****9167 and on 30 th of January 2020 I purchased tickets for me and my wife Neizhpapa Valentina passport number ****9166
from Topaz Tour LTD in Haifa, Israel.
According to the current situation with the COVID-19 virus and the cancelation of the flights due to the quarantine I would like to ask for the full refund of the following itinerary:
Flight OK 916 Prague (Ruzyne) - Kyiv (Boryspil) on 16 th of July 2020;
For two people.
Please let me know about your decision.
Airline cancelled flight and will not refund fare
Purchased flight on Czech Air for October 2020 in January, 2020 through Travelocity. Was informed by Czech Air via email on June 8 that they (Czech Air) had cancelled the flight.
Many attempts to get my fare refunded through Travelocity and Czech Air have been unsuccessful.
They only offered a voucher that must be used before December 31, 2020. Ridiculous!

Czech Trade Authority mediation resulted in an offer of the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM compensation related to our delayed departure only and no effort made to make up for their complete failure of their obligations under EU regulations (namely providing onward flights).4 emails to Smart Wings (the parent company) dispute "ombudsman" have gone completely unanswered.Again Czech Airlines appear to just not care at all.
Abandoned at Charles De Gaulle Airport after a delayed departure, they KNEW we missed our connection but there was simply no staff, no support and no effort to contact us.
Had to arrange and pay for our own onward flights because the phone staff we did talk to had NO IDEA what they were doing.
8 months later still trying to get a refund and now they are lying saying they already gave us one!
Just look at their Facebook page - so many unhappy customers and Czech Air doesn't even respond. d.

Czech Airlines Lost Luggage, no compensation
I flew on Czech Airlines from Stuttgart, Germany to Krakow, Poland in July 2010, with a carry-on backpack only. The airline forced me to check my carry-on because it weighed too much (really?) by half a kilo, even though it had my laptop, camera, watch, iPod...my entire life inside. They then promptly sent it to Samara, Russia, under somebody else's name. Naturally, it was never seen again. Massive accountability fail. Czech Airlines is not good at basic luggage operations.
Initially, they told me to buy whatever I needed to get by without my property and keep receipts for reimbursement. So, I did. Shirts, jeans, shorts, belt, underwear, toiletries, and a bag to carry them in...and I even shopped down-market for their sake. After three weeks they declared my bag and its contents officially lost and gone forever, and I submitted a detailed list of everything I had in the bag, and what it would cost to replace them. And then nothing happened for two months. Massive customer service fail. Czech Airlines is not good at promptly solving the problems they cause.
Eventually I am told that 1) Czech Airlines will not reimburse unless I provide receipts FOR THE ORIGINAL PROPERTY THEY LOST, notwithstanding some of these items were gifts, my financial records were in the computer that they lost, and civilized people do not keep store receipts for things unless needed for warranty services. And the replacement items I purchased at their direction with promise of compensation? Czech Airlines now says they will not compensate compensate for the replacement items I purchased (and have receipts for) because the bag is a total loss rather than merely delayed. Czech Airlines is not good at making up for errors they make at customer expense.
Three months after the incident, Czech Airlines still has not paid me anything, or even told me exactly how much they will offer me (if anything). The only way I get any information is to call Zcech Airlines at my expense. The operators refuse to put me through to a supervisor ("it is not possible") and have no decision making-authority about my claim. Czech Airlines is not good at communicating with customers.
Czech Airlines is the worst airlines ever. NEVER do business with them. NO discounted ticket is worth the headache of dealing with them. And I say, most horrible, incompe this only because they are the most incompetent, lazy, disorganized, unresponsive, secretive business (of any kind) that I have dealt with.
